Studio Rocky is a design practice rooted in collaboration, exploration, and strategic clarity. I partner with purpose-driven brands who move beyond the beaten path — developing visual identity systems and storytelling frameworks that are both grounded and forward-thinking.
My work centers on building cohesive brand systems that scale. From foundational positioning and visual direction to execution across digital and physical touchpoints, I approach each project with rigor, craft, and long-term thinking. The goal is not just beautiful design, but durable visual languages that resonate deeply and evolve with the brands they support.
Before founding Studio Rocky, I spent several years immersed in the outdoors — traveling, rock climbing, and working as a climbing guide. That lived experience continues to inform my design perspective: adaptable, resilient, and systems-minded. During that time, I collaborated with brands including The North Face, Smith Optics, Prana, YETI, Title Nine, and Arcade Belts.
I later earned my Master’s in Visual Design from Elisava School of Design in Barcelona, refining my approach to identity design and brand systems. After returning to Minneapolis, I continued to grow Studio Rocky through collaborations with studios such as Camp4 Collective, Studio MPLS, Hagen Creative, and Honest Studios.
Recent client work includes Arc'teryx, Lightship RV, Save the Boundary Waters, Public Lands Shop, James Edward Mills, Fitch Carpentry, and Three Circle Shop, among others.
If you’re building something thoughtful, ambitious, and built to last, I’d love to collaborate. View services to explore how we can work together.
